LeaseProbe was established in 2004 as a pioneering and innovative company fully dedicated to producing exceptional lease abstracts. In 2008, marking our continued growth, LeaseProbe acquired Real Diligence, a financial Real Estate acquisition due diligence company. By combining these two companies LPRD was born. These two services propelled LPRD to the top of the industry as the recognized expert in servicing commercial real estate investors.
By providing concise and accurate lease abstracts and sophisticated financial analysis, LPRD plays a pivotal role in the commercial real estate process. Due to their panoramic perspective of lease language and financial analysis, the professionals at LPRD are uniquely suited to assist clients.
In 2018, responding to client demand for additional services beyond LPRD’s suite of services, the company expanded by adding a sister company: Real Physical Diligence (RPD). RPD has grown quickly into a nationwide provider of physical due diligence and related services for the commercial real estate industry. It was a natural extension to add physical due diligence to the deep financial due diligence that LPRD provides. The experts at Real Physical Diligence are able to assist in the performance of environmental, industrial hygiene, property condition assessments and investigations. The team has extensive experience in the evaluation and reporting of property conditions for all property types. RPD employs a targeted and cost-effective approach to determine the correct project parameters for every client.
LPRD is a part of Madison Commercial Real Estate Services (MCRES), a group of independent but related companies that offers specialty services to the commercial real estate market.
