The Financial Due Diligence process includes lease abstraction, income and expense verifications, historical income/expense analysis, Argus models/cash flow projections and further related reviews. LPRD audits each tenant's CAM reimbursment methodology to ensure that CAM reinbursment revenue is reliable and able to withstand a potential future audit.

The experts at LPRD review individual aspects of every tenant lease and provide comprehensive lease abstracts, incorporating findings from these abstracts into LPRD's reports. Internal abstracting provides an added advantage in that it allows LPRD to adjust the scope of specific abstracting on an ongoing basis. This allows us to better tailor the abstract to the specific property review.
